It’s All About Your Health

To kick off the new year, the Sanibel Health Club will hold its 5th annual Community Fitness & Health Fair Saturday, Jan. 13, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The event will feature free demos, fitness evaluations, samples, refreshments and a silent auction.
