Dear Ocean's Reach Valued Guest, We look forward to your arrival and welcoming you to Ocean’s Reach—the best place to be on the beach! During your vacation stay we hope you will enjoy our warm, sunny weather, white sandy beach and comfortable and relaxing accommodations. As you prepare for your beachfront stay, we would like to provide you with these helpful tips and reminders: Bring your directions to the condo with you. (If you are arriving after office hours, your condo will be unlocked with a key inside and interior lights on.) Elevators, ramps and carts are conveniently located to assist you with your move-in. Reserve bicycles, beach umbrellas and towels NOW (youth, infant, adult, or tandem). They will be parked in your carport.(Payment for rentals is by check or cash ONLY upon your arrival) Your final payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. If you have not already done so, please call to arrange payment or your credit card will be charged. A confirmation of your final payment will be emailed to you. Check in time is 3 p.m. Checkout time is 10 a.m. Ocean’s Reach is a smoke-free, "Green" and family friendly resort. Please honor all resort policies, rules and regulations for the safety, comfort and relaxing stay of your fellow guests. Guest Services is on-site and open seven days to assist you with your accommodations and Sanibel vacation plans. The Sanibel Chamber of Commerce (239-472-1080) is available to answer your questions about island events and activities during your stay.
