Fill up your senses with a stay on Sanibel
Celebrate summer with a visit to Ocean’s Reach Condominiums!
It’s time to get out of town and enjoy each other without distractions, and there’s no better place to do it than from a beachfront Ocean’s Reach condo.
Watch our video and dream of being here with us! Listen to the waves in the Gulf of Mexico from your own private lanai and you’ll feel your shoulders relaxing. If you have children, give them more outdoor activities than they’ve had all year at home. Gaze into each other’s eyes all week or make new friends – we can accommodate whatever kind of vacation you need.
Celebrate a graduation, spend a four-day getaway weekend … whatever the occasion, come see us. We and Sanibel Island are waiting for you!

Loggerhead sea turtles return to ancient nesting grounds
One in 1,000 will grow to adulthood
Sanibel’s 11 miles of gulf-front beaches are again the sanctuary of the loggerhead sea turtle, which returns May 1 through Oct. 31 for nesting. The rare opportunity to witness this ritual on a dark summer night is an honor – and a great responsibility.
Egg-laying sea turtles come ashore mainly at night, seeking a higher horizon as a sign of a safe place to create a nest. In the morning, the turtles look for the bright horizon to return to. Anything that interferes with this trek – trash, artificial lights, dogs running free on the beach, deep holes dug in the sand – can pose a danger to the turtles.
Join us as we witness this remarkable natural phenomenon and help ensure the survival of these magnificent creatures.
New shelling guide in every welcome packet
Every Ocean’s Reach welcome packet will include the updated Shell Guide, courtesy of The Bailey-Matthews Shell Museum. The guide can help you find a shark eye, a pear whelk or a rare junonia shell on the Ocean’s Reach beach. To see hundreds of shells and take part in interactive exhibits, visit The Shell Museum during your stay.
