Condos are priced by the week (seven nights) with a Saturday arrival and departure date. Mid-week arrival and/or departures are available during the spring, summer and fall season only by emailing Ocean's Reach or calling 800-336-6722.

Ocean’s Reach has scheduled a property-wide painting and maintenance project to take place Aug 19 - Sept 27, 2013. During this time, workers will be on property painting all four of our buildings, as well as coordinating the replacement of lanai screens throughout the complex. We will aim to keep noise and disruption to a minimum, but guests should be advised that the painting and maintenance activity may prove occasionally inconvenient. We are pleased to offer guests up to a 25% discount during this timeframe – with rates starting at under $100 per night -- translating into even more value for your vacation dollar! For the maximum enjoyment and relaxation of all our valued guests, please review the following reservation policies prior to placing your reservation:
1. Maximum occupancy of a one bedroom condo is four guests. Maximum occupancy of a two bedroom condo is between four and six guests, depending on the furnishings of the condo. Occupancy limits are enforced by the Sanibel Fire Marshall.
2. A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. $500 is due for all off-season reservations. $1000 is due for all in-season reservations. Deposits are due upon the booking of your reservation. Final payment is due thirty days prior to your arrival. Deposits and final payments can be tendered with cash, check, traveler’s check, money order, MC, Visa or Discover card.
3. A 10% discount is provided for multi-week rentals of four weeks or more. Please call 800-336-6722 for this discount to be added to your reservation.
4. Pets are not allowed on Ocean’s Reach property.
5. All condos, lanais, corridors and common areas are smoke-free for the health and pleasure of each guest.
6. Parking of boats, motor homes and trailers can be accommodated ONLY with prior permission from Guest Services.
7. A minimum sixty day cancellation notice must be given to receive a refund of payments. If a notice of cancellation is given less than sixty days from arrival, payments will be refunded if the reservation can be rebooked for the same time period and rental rate. For your convenience and peace of mind, we are offering Trip Cancellation Insurance to our guests.
8. Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 10:00 a.m. There are no refunds for early checkouts. Please inquire about our late check-out policy.
9.Rental rates quoted on line are for a seven night stay. Mid-week and shorter term stays are available subject to availability. Every effort will be made to place our guests in the condo of their choice. Please call 800-336-6722 to place these special reservations.
