Ocean's Reach Rental Rates on Sanibel Island
During the month of September, to continue to provide a clean and safe vacation environment, power washing will be done in the hallways and corridors. This project will not directly affect our guests and the access to their condos.

The rates above do not include 11% Florida and Lee County Taxes
1. Maximum occupancy of a one bedroom condo is four guests. Maximum occupancy of a two bedroom condo is between four and six guests, depending on the furnishings of the condo. Occupancy limits are enforced by the Sanibel Fire Marshall.
2. A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. $500 is due for all off-season reservations. $1000 is due for all in-season reservations (12/20/08 – 4/17/09 and 12/19/09 – 4/16/10). Deposits are due upon the booking of your reservation. Final payment is due thirty days prior to your arrival. Deposits and final payments can be tendered with cash, check, traveler’s check, money order, MC or Visa.
3. A 5% discount is provided for multi-week rentals of four weeks or more. Please call 800-336-6722 for this discount to be added to your reservation.
4. Pets are not allowed on the lanai, condo or resort grounds.
5. All condos, lanais, corridors and common areas are smoke-free for the health and pleasure of each guest.
6. Parking of boats, motor homes and trailers can be accommodated ONLY with prior permission from Guest Services.
7. A minimum sixty day cancellation notice must be given to receive a refund of payments. If a notice of cancellation is given less than sixty days from arrival, payments will be refunded if the reservation can be rebooked for the same time period and rental rate. For your convenience and peace of mind, we are offering Trip Cancellation Insurance to our guests.
8. Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 10:00 a.m. There are no refunds for early checkouts.
9.Rental rates quoted are for a seven night stay. Mid-week and shorter term stays are available subject to availability. Every effort will be made to place our guests in the condo of their choice. Please call 800-336-6722 to place these special reservations.
