I found this extraordinary video on “Sanibel Toot’s Lazy Days” blog of a Loggerhead Turtle hatchling making it’s way to the Gulf. Just wanted to make sure all of our viewers see this. Toot’s also reminds us that when we leave the beach at the end of the day during nesting season, to be sure and smooth away any sand sculptures that could hinder the little turtles on their journey.
