This year’s “Beer in the Bushes” was a sold-out affair on Sanibel with more than 900 people enjoying craft beer, local food truck fare and dancing in the bushes!
The annual Sanibel Captiva Conservation Foundation’s fundraiser raises the bar each year and unofficially ends the island’s high season with a community bash. This year’s event sold out the first week of ticket sales with the announcement that nationally touring G. Love & Special Sauce from Philadelphia would be the featured live band.
How will they top this next year? We can’t wait to see! Make plans to attend in 2018 and you’re sure to see us there saying a festive farewell to seasonal friends. It’s also a fun way to say “Thank You” to SCCF for all the good work they do to preserve the natural habitats on our islands!
