New Enhancements to the Vacation Rental Protection Plan

Includes Expanded Services and Coverage Enhancements!

We are pleased to announce some exciting enhancements to our Vacation Rental Protection Plan. This enhanced plan (available at the same price) includes new services and covers more causes of loss. The following changes are effective November 1, 2008:

Increased and Added Coverage Limits

Baggage Delay - $1,000 and increased per day benefit to $200

Addition of Baggage and Personal Effects - $1,000

New Services

Our Concierge Services include assistance for whatever your guests need, whenever they need it.  Our expert personal assistance coordinators can help with tee time reservations, restaurant referrals and reservations, event tickets and more.

Our Identity Theft Service can help if personal information is stolen.  Our emergency travel counselors will assist in contacting credit card companies, monitor credit reports and work with local authorities to help with identity restoration.

Our Pet Return Services provide return home of pets if sickness or injury causes travel to be interrupted. 

Updated Coverage Definitions

Trip Cancellation/Interruption - we will now cover mechanical breakdown of a common carrier.

Trip Cancellation/Interruption - we will now provide coverage for cancellation/interruption if the primary/secondary school that the insured attends extends its operating session.

The definition of Immediate Family Member - we now include caregivers and the domestic partner of any listed family member.

Definition of Natural Disaster - volcanoes are now included.

A minimum premium of $15.00 will now be required on all policies
